It came working fine, then after a day when we opened it it has a black screen. Long story short the item got pulled out and refund took a long and tiring process. I have been following up non stop and said that on september 14, 2026 it has been on the relevance team and expect a call, email update about the refund for 24-48hrs. Until now oct 8, 2026. Nothing. Everyday updates everyday calling on the customer service. Same old same old.
