Multi-media applications fail to work.

Please note that if the media provider is disabled, applications like camera, photos and all other applications which use the media provider fail to work.
Enabling the Media Provider and Samsung Media Provider may help resolve the issue.

1. settings -> apps -> (show system apps) -> Media Storage -> enable -> reboot
2. settings -> apps -> (show system apps) -> Sec Media Storage -> enable -> reboot

But AFTER following those STEPS, then you Turned Off or Restart that phone, and wait for sometime, it goes back to the problem.

Many people already shared that scenario, since then.

Find a PERMANENT solution, not a BAND-AID FIX.
